Chef Vuong’s Butchery Class

Join us in SODO Kitchen for Executive Chef Vuong’s Butchery Class on Tuesday, May 3rd from 4-6pm! To set off our showcase of Backlot Barbecue’s move to SODO Kitchen’s comfort station on May 4th, Chef Vuong will be performing a whole pig educational butchery.  Learn the art of butchering from one of the best Chefs in Seattle! We have 20 spaces available; guest sign up will begin April 26th at the Taqueria.

What does this mean for the 5th floor?  Taco Tuesday is back! Starting May 4th Taqueria will be open 5 days a week and offering all of your authentic Mexican street food favorites!
