Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month

Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 – October 15) celebrates the long and important presence of Hispanic and Latino Americans in North America. It is a celebration of heritage and culture, and recognition of the contributions made by all with Hispanic roots.
This week’s menus were created as a tribute to the delicious flavors and cuisine of Spain, South and Central America, and Puerto Rico.
